How often will my apartment be cleaned?

Our aim is to make you feel at home while respecting your privacy so your apartment will be cleaned once a week. Please note that we won’t clean the kitchen area but your apartment is equipped with everything you may need. 

If you'd like fresh towels or your bins emptied in between cleans, our housekeeping team is happy to help. Just let Reception know at least 24 hours in advance to schedule the service.

Prefer more frequent cleans? No problem - simply speak to Reception and we’ll share pricing details based on your apartment type.

Please note at Locke am Platz, a daily refresh is provided as standard. After seven days, your room will receive a full clean (excluding the kitchen). If you’d rather skip the daily refresh or clean linens, just let us know and we’ll adjust things to suit your preferences.
